This year’s latest new launches and happenings!
1. An invite-only bar designed by Gauri Khan Opens in Mumbai

Fielia, Mumbai’s newest invite-only bar at the Mahalaxmi Race Course, introduces a cocktail-forward aperitivo bar imagined as a Cocktail Cinema. With dress-circle seating, mezzanine balconies, and a dramatic double-height space designed by Gauri Khan, the bar becomes the stage. Founded by Afsana Verma, Amit Verma, and Dhaval Udeshi, Fielia opens with Sin & Scandal—a narrative-driven menu exploring indulgence, temptation, and myth through sensory cocktails and theatrical service, where bartenders play curated personas. The aperitivo menu interprets the seven sins as playful, shareable dishes, from Sloth’s sage chèvre gnocchi to Lust’s molten burnt basque dessert, inviting guests to graze through sin.
2. The Postcard Ayurveda Retreat – A Sitaram Ayurveda Experience, Old Goa Opens in Goa

Overlooking hundreds of acres of tranquil reserve forests, this first-of-its-kind private sanctuary is entirely dedicated to wellness – in collaboration with Sitaram Ayurveda. The stays here start from a minimum of 7 nights and are all-inclusive healing journeys focused on providing highly personalised programmes for medical wellness. Each stay starts with a personalised consultation with resident physicians, who create a programme tailored to individual constitutions (doshas) and health needs. Mornings begin with traditional Ayurvedic rituals, mindful nature walks, and soulful yoga sessions. Dining is tailored to individual doshas and guided by Ayurveda’s principle that food is medicine.
