Planning a Chinese New Year 2026 Dinner? This Is Where You Need to Be

Dumplings, lobster & flaming desserts—Soy x Neung Roi, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, invites you to Delhi’s most extravagant Lunar New Year feast.

Delhi has never shied away from its love for food—whether it is standing in queues to grab a late-night snack or booking tables to try food and flavours from all over the world. Adding to this buzz, Soy x Neung Roi, the award-winning Thai and Pan-Asian dining destination at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, invites you to welcome Chinese New Year and get a taste of the finest Asian gastronomy.

The Lunar New Year brings along prosperity, abundance, and togetherness, and with this spirit in mind, the pan-Asian destination has curated a festive menu that honours age-old traditions through thoughtfully crafted dishes that will please not only your palate but also your eyes!

The celebration begins with Prosperity Dumplings, a tribute to wealth and good fortune. The options include striking Steamed Black Pearl Dumplings—activated charcoal parcels filled with chives and prawns, delicately finished with truffle oil—alongside Crusty Barbeque Pork Sheng Jian Buns bursting with juicy barbecue pork, while Green Dragon Dumplings combine minced chicken with wilted spinach, golden garlic, and sesame oil. The vegetarian option includes the earthy Forest and Field Jiaozi, which features wild mushrooms, asparagus, water chestnut, and golden garlic.

The Golden Harmony Appetisers continue the festive narrative with vibrant and flavour-forward creations. Ginger Scallion Lobster with Sweet Soy brings indulgent notes of lobster tossed in aromatic ginger and spring onion sauce. You can also savour the bold heat of Schezwan-style Laziji, tender chicken with peanuts and Sichuan pepper; the celebratory Yee Sang—a vibrant toss of crunchy vegetables, smoked salmon, plum dressing, and sesame seeds symbolising prosperity—and the comforting Soy-Braised Chilli Tofu served with bok choy.

The journey deepens with Wealthy Soups, including the nourishing Roasted Duck and Greens Bowl, a wholesome broth enriched with noodles, Cantonese roasted duck, and Chinese greens — a symbol of longevity and abundance.

For the Togetherness Mains, the menu showcases dishes crafted for shared celebration. Shandong Style Stir-Fried Crab in ginger scallion sauce served with Chinese bao reflects prosperity, while Braised Fish Fillet with ginger, coriander, and sesame dressing symbolises surplus and success. The traditional vegetarian Buddha’s Delight (Luóhàn zh?i) honours purity and harmony for the year ahead, complemented by Exotic Wild Mushroom. Guests may also choose from Pan-Fried Noodles prepared in styles such as chilli bean shrimp, black pepper chicken, or black bean vegetables — paying homage to the tradition of longevity noodles.

The celebration concludes on a note of sweetness and fullness with indulgent desserts. Sticky Fried Date Crepes bring warmth and prosperity, while the chef’s theatrical signature, The Asian Flaming Dome, delivers a dramatic and memorable finale — symbolising abundance and celebration in its most spectacular form.

With chef-led storytelling and immersive festive concepts, Soy x Neung Roi continues to set benchmarks in Asian dining — offering guests more than just a meal but an experience that connects culture, craftsmanship, and celebration in every bite.
