DSLR’s are there to click the best quality pictures but sometimes without a tripod your images can be grainy and blurry so a lightweight tripod is essential because it provides a method of holding your camera at exactly the right angle and keeping it absolutely still so your images are pin-sharp and a tripod with a wireless remote can be more advantageous so that you don’t move the camera when pressing the button.
Fancy camera doesn’t give you fancy pictures but lenses do. A camera is good because of the combination of its lenses and body. So, you must have a good pair of lenses in your kit and a good pair of lens must include a low light capable lens, waterproof lens and many more as per your needs.
Clicking pictures is the DSLR’s job but you must carry a memory card with sufficient space so that you don’t have issue of space while clicking pictures. In this technologically advanced world you can have an Eye Fi card which can automatically upload your photos wirelessly from your camera to your laptop.
An extra battery is an indispensable accessory that will definitely come in handy, especially when traveling. If you do not already have an extra battery, you should definitely buy one before your next trip or vacation and you must carry an international adapter. One more thing – batteries do not last long when you shoot in cold temperatures, so you must carry a battery backup to capture pictures endlessly.
Now that you have all your equipment, it’s time to carry it around in style. A good bag can extend the life of your camera and investment by protecting it against bumps, scratches, dust, and weather and can allow you to carry it without a hustle. It also lets you to organize important items — such as your battery charger, cables, memory cards, and lens cleaner — so they'll be handy when you need them. And it provides safe storage when your camera is not in use.
