Dirty Apron Re-opens at the Piano Man, New Delhi
Long known as one of Delhi’s early pioneers of experimental dining, Dirty Apron is revived, refreshed and ready to serve the capital with slow-paced and soul-stirring dining. Reopened at The Piano Man, Eldeco Centre, the beloved culinary destination returns with a renewed vision.
Led by Chef Manoj Pandey, the revived space leans into slow dining—unhurried, thoughtful, and personal. By day, the restaurant feels airy and relaxed, ideal for lingering lunches. But it is after dusk that Dirty Apron truly finds its rhythm. As the lights dim and jazz fills the room, the space transforms into a warm, candlelit cocoon.
The menu mirrors this mood beautifully. It is playful yet composed, bringing together European comfort and Asian nuance and featuring standout creations like Reconstructed Tom Kha, Caesar Salad 2.0, Edamame & Truffle Dimsum, Quinoa, Asparagus & Truffle Risotto, Spicy Miso Black Cod, the refreshing Yuzu Bar, etc., each dish thoughtfully designed to surprise, comfort and inspire.

What sets Dirty Apron apart, however, is not just the food but the pace it encourages. There is no rush here. Courses unfold gently, conversations linger, and the evening stretches just enough for you to forget the outside world. With the ability to host intimate gatherings of up to 30–35 guests, the space also lends itself to private celebrations, though it never loses its privacy.
For those seeking a date-night destination or a cosy celebration with memorable flavours and an atmosphere that lingers long after the meal, Dirty Apron is ready to welcome you.
