1. World’s Largest Sound Healing Dome Unveiled at tulåh Clinical Wellness

AR Rahman, one of the world's most influential music composers, unveiled the Sonorium, the world's largest sound healing dome, at tulåh Clinical Wellness, Calicut. The Sonorium is an immersive architectural and therapeutic marvel designed to harness sound frequencies for deep physical and emotional restoration. The sound healing dome is built to deliver precisely calibrated acoustic frequencies that promote relaxation, balance the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing processes. The sound healing dome will host guided sound therapy sessions, meditative immersions, and curated wellness programmes led by experienced practitioners from around the world. tulåh Clinical Wellness is open for bookings and will be open to visitors from March 2026.
2. Ananya Birla Launches Birla Studios
Ananya Birla has launched Birla Studios, a new film studio focused on creating high-concept, prestige-driven commercial cinema. Built on the belief that film is a powerful medium of expression, the studio will champion culturally relevant stories that balance artistic integrity with wide audience appeal. With a strong emphasis on emotional storytelling and commercial viability, Birla Studios is developing a multi-language slate across Hindi, Gujarati, Malayalam and other regional languages, alongside international English-language projects—aiming to engage audiences across cultures and borders.
3. Etihad Guest and The Postcard Hotel Launch Partnership to Redefine Luxury Travel

Etihad Guest, the loyalty programme of Etihad Airways, announced a new partnership with The Postcard Hotel to expand its network of premium partners and redefine luxury travel. Through this collaboration, Etihad Guest members can now earn Miles each time they book and stay at any of The Postcard Hotel’s properties across India, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka. Etihad Guest members staying two or three nights at any Postcard property will earn 2,000 Miles, while those staying four nights or more will receive 4,000 Miles plus a complimentary night stay.
4. KALKI Expands Its Delhi Presence with a Design-Led Chattarpur Store

KALKI opens the doors to its new Chhattarpur store, spread across six floors. The interiors draw from celestial, tarot, and botanical influences, brought together through soft lighting, textured surfaces, and custom display elements created exclusively for the space. The store introduces dedicated styling zones, enhanced bridal consultation areas, and private spaces for couture and occasion-wear appointments. The layout moves fluidly across bridal, couture, festive, Indo-western, and menswear collections. Delhi customers will also receive early access to seasonal collections, limited-edition designs, and curated edits created specifically for the Chhattarpur audience.

This exclusive experience brings together Saffron’s renowned Indian Masterchef Asif Qureshi, along with guest Chef Siddharth Chopra, for an unforgettable one-night-only dinner collaboration on Sunday, 8th February, 2026. 8. IHCL and Tata Steel Foundation Partner to Champion India’s Tribal Cuisines

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) and Tata Steel Foundation (TSF) come together to preserve indigenous culinary heritage and create sustainable livelihood opportunities. Anchored in Paathya, IHCL’s ESG+ framework, the collaboration with Samvaad – A Tribal Conclave by TSF supports home cooks by hosting a series of curated tribal food pop?ups at its hotels in Mumbai, Goa and Bhubaneswar. From 5th to 8th February, guests visiting Shamiana at Taj The Trees, Mumbai, will experience authentic tribal flavours, prepared by the indigenous chefs using traditional techniques, indigenous ingredients and age-old recipes of four indigenous tribes — the Santhal and Asur tribes from Jharkhand, and the Garo and Rabha tribes from Meghalaya. The participating tribes will also showcase local artefacts and handicrafts.
9. Food Matters Group Launches Loud Mouth—Its Boldest, Loudest Brand Yet

The menu celebrates the country’s vast regional diversity and includes starters like Chip & Dip Méxicana, Chilaquiles, or the cult-favourite Nachos con Chile. The Antojitos section brings you Mexico’s favourite street eats, from Habanero Muerte Picante to Street Cart Corn and cheesy Poncho Potatoes. You also have great options for Tacos and burritos. Additionally, the Mexi-Conscious section, the big plates, and the desserts serve authentic mexican food. Mezcalita’s bar programme is a pilgrimage through agave, tequila, mezcal, and more. 11. EKARAA Makes Its Debut As a New Indian Luxury Jewellery House in Mumbai

12. Bailou Brings Its World of Craft to Colaba, Mumbai

Contemporary handloom label Bailou launched its debut Mumbai store today under the name Bailou Bombay. The store opened under the leadership of Mira Sagar, in collaboration with Bappaditya Biswas, co-founder of Bailou and one of India’s most respected textile revivalists. Founded in Kolkata by Bappaditya and Rumi Biswas, Bailou has long been recognised for pushing the boundaries of Bengal handloom. From reimagining jamdani to experimenting with mulberry silk, cotton, and other regional weaves, the brand has consistently challenged predictability in motif, texture, and silhouette. Its output spans sarees, garments, yardage, stoles, and home textiles.
13. Samsung’s India #WithGalaxy Campaign Sets Two Guinness World Records

Samsung has set two Guinness World Records with its nationwide India #WithGalaxy photography campaign for the Galaxy S Series. Running from December 30, 2025 to January 26, 2026, the initiative became the world’s largest smartphone photography competition and one of the biggest collaborative digital artworks online. With over 31,000 submissions, the campaign captured India’s faces, landscapes, spirit and colours, celebrating people-powered storytelling while showcasing the Galaxy S Series’ advanced photography and Samsung’s commitment to cultural relevance and innovation.

Mumbai is hosting a grand celebration of food as Mumbai Foodie presents the Servd Food Festival, a three-day, food-forward experience. The festival, powered by Swiggy Scenes, is live from 6th to 8th February 2026 at Jio World Garden.
