1. Gaurav Gupta Unveils his First Ever Menswear Flagship Store

Gaurav Gupta launches his first-ever dedicated menswear flagship boutique at DLF Emporio, New Delhi. The store is rooted in the designer’s philosophy of Shunya, understood as emptiness & treated as potential rather than absence. The result is an immersive, gallery-like experience. While signature offerings such as tuxedos, bandhgalas, and ceremonial tailoring remain central, the store also reflects an expansion into new verticals, including kurtas and Nehru jackets. The offering now spans structured jackets, draped silhouettes, shirts, accessories, bow ties, footwear, and finishing pieces, positioning the boutique as a complete, design-led menswear destination.
2. Spice Traders at W Goa is Rewriting the Language of Chinese Cuisine

Spice Traders at W Goa launches a refreshed take on Chinese cuisine, inspired by the philosophies of China’s Eight Great Cuisines. Helmed by Chef Avinash, the menu focuses on balance, restraint, fermentation and layered heat. Seafood leads the narrative, complemented by delicate dim sum, thoughtfully treated vegetables and gently nuanced fire and smoke. Clean broths, subtle aromatics and precise technique allow ingredients to shine, while a Chinese-inspired cocktail program and the restaurant’s signature gong service elevate the experience.
3. Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Becomes Official Caterer for India’s First Vande Bharat Sleeper Train

Mayfair Spring Valley Resort, Guwahati, has partnered with the IRCTC as the official caterer for India’s first Vande Bharat Sleeper Train, flagged off by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi operating on the Howrah–Kamakhya (Guwahati) route. As the first luxury hospitality brand to bring its signature dining experience onboard, Mayfair Spring Valley Resort will serve passengers authentic West Bengal and Assam delicacies prepared with locally-sourced ingredients, featuring classics such as Basanti pulao, cholar, chanar and dhokar preparations, Assamese joha rice, mati mohor and masoor dali, seasonal vegetable bhajis, and traditional desserts including sandesh, narikol burfi, and rasgulla.
4. JW Marriott Expands in Vietnam with JW Marriott Cam Ranh Bay Resort & Spa

JW Marriott unveiled the JW Marriott Cam Ranh Bay Resort & Spa in Vietnam. The resort features 203 elegantly designed guest rooms and private villas, with some of them giving direct access to the beachfront a private infinity pool and spacious outdoor terrace. The culinary offerings are inspired by Earth’s elements. Clay Craft, the all-day dining venue, draws from the rich red soil, where chefs create authentic Vietnamese and international flavors, overlooking a live pottery studio. At the Seafood Grill, fire ignites flavor as the day’s freshest catch is grilled to perfection. Bayside Bistro and Ocean Bar serve international cuisine. Solitario, announces its official partnership with Warner Bros. 7. Himmaleh Spirits Introduces Darma, A Himalayan Blended Whisky

Himmaleh Spirits, has unveiled Darma, a premium blended whisky rooted in the Himalayas. Darma blends Indian whisky with select Scottish malts and a subtle bourbon influence. Inspired by the remote Darma Valley in Uttarakhand, the whisky pours a rich gold hue with a subtle amber glow, opening on toasted aromas layered with Madagascan vanilla, hints of coconut and dried fruit. 8. Gracia Viva Agave Is Bringing Agave Culture to India

Founded by Aaliya Ahuja of Oleander Farms and Saltt Karjat, The Pure Kitchen comes to Bandra. Designed as a cozy nook for the wellness-conscious diner, the outpost is envisioned as a go-to destination for everyday nourishment and guilt-free treats. The brand advocates clean eating and consciously eliminates the use of refined flour and sugar. 12. Sanjay Dutt & Mokksh Sani Expand Portfolio with The Glenwalk Lions Ownership

Sanjay Dutt, along with visionary entrepreneurs Mokksh Sani (Founder of Living Liquidz and Cartel bros) acquires The Glenwalk Lions at the All Stars Ball Tennis Cricket League (ASTCL) Season 2. It will take place from February 9 to February 14, 2026, at the Wings Sports Centre in Bandra (W), Mumbai and will be streamed on Sony Sports Network. The Glenwalk Lions, captained by actor Aamir Ali, Surya Sharma & Vikas Jain will kick off the season on 9th February. 12. Dhoomimal Gallery Presents ‘Print Age’: A Survey of Printmaking in the Era of AI

Uday and Sunaina Jain of Dhoomimal Gallery showcase a unique look at how creativity can be infused into nature, through this exhibition. This exhibition takes place alongside the 17th Instalment of the India Art Fair. Print Age brings together works from 80 different artists. There are 156 prints created by top modern artists and world-renowned artists like Picasso, Chagall and Kapoor, to seminal Indian printmakers, such as Laxma Goud and Jyoti Bhatt, and many emerging artists.

14. Afsana 2026: A Celebration of Living Storytelling Traditions

Afsana: The Somaiya Storytelling Festival will make its debut on the 30–31 January 2026 at Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai. Curated around the theme Bindu: Centred Metaphors, the two-day festival spotlights oral, folk and performative storytelling traditions from Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Bringing together Adivasi voices, bardic narratives and acclaimed national storytellers, Afsana creates an immersive dialogue between regional heritage and contemporary storytelling, celebrating memory, land and living traditions.
