Open daily from 12 to 4 PM, the menu journeys from Kashmir to Kyoto, blending global flavours with Goan soul. Signature dishes like Kasundi Aglio e Olio and Thalassery Biryani in Phyllo celebrate culture and comfort.
7. Pullman New Delhi Aerocity Invites you to Taste the Flavours of the Eastern Himalayas

From June 20–29, Honk at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity presents The Mountain Table — an extraordinary 10-day pop-up celebrating the soulful, untold flavours of the Eastern Himalayas. Curated in collaboration with Gormei, this culinary experience brings together chefs Ishita Rai Dewan and Katherine Lim, who reinterpret heritage dishes from Kalimpong, Bhutan, Sikkim, Nepal, and beyond.
